For this Challenge we are teaming up with Joy of Sets which is run by our very own Fiona. The Tic Tac Toe Board is the Optional Theme for this challenge. You dont have to use the Tic Tac Toe Board to enter our Challenge just the sketch. However if you use both then you get to enter in 2 lovely challenges and share with many more people.
