Announcement for the New Year!

As 2023 comes to a close, I am taking this opportunity to announce that I am stepping down as the Administrator of the “Try Stampin’ on Tuesday" Challenge. Originally founded in February 2011, I took on the duties as Administrator in November of 2017 so I have been with the TSOT Challenge for six years.

I appreciate the unwavering support of my Design Team and the continued participation of our fans and followers.  During this time, I have felt the joy and enjoyed the creativity as each handmade card is submitted. With our sketches, we have tried to stimulate your creativity and encourage you to try new ideas.

Beginning in January 2024, the new Administrators of the challenge will be Melanie Richards and Suzanne Reynolds. They may be familiar to you by way of several challenges – primarily Double Trouble Paper Crafting, with whom we have occasionally partnered over the last five years. Melanie and Suzanne have experience in crafting, scrapbooking, card making, and managing challenges. I am confident that the Challenge is in good hands.

With new administrators, you will see some changes but the character and quality of the challenges will remain unchanged. Perhaps the most significant is the name change to “Try a Sketch On Tuesday”; however, they will continue to use TSOT as an acronym and all current links to challenges will be maintained. They look forward to providing continued inspiration.

They are eager to see TSOT endure and grow. Please join them and the Design Team on Tuesday, January 2, for the first Sketch Challenge of 2024.

Thank you for running this challenge for the past six years Kaylin. I'm pleased that you have found someone to take over from you and that the challenge isn't closing (like so many others have recently).
I haven't participated as much as I would have liked this year but really enjoy the challenges with the extra optional twist.
All the best for your future endeavours whatever they may be.
Happy Holidays.

Thank you for hosting this challenge for so many years. I look forward to participating in the future. I usually look to a sketch for inspiration and this is one of my favorites.

Thanks for everything that you have done for the blog over the time that you have been coordinator - it is a big job.
I look forward to entering the challenges when I can as they are always great starting points for my crafting.
