Challenge #152 - Well Worn

Baby, it's cold outside!  It is our coldest day so far this winter (-31) and a perfect day to stay inside and craft.
We have another great sketch from Sarah to start you off:

Hi girls I really like Kathy's card and wondered if that is the faux tiling technique she has used for her background. It looks different to others I have seen and I wondered how she did it.
