Our photo this week is of a little owl we saw in our tree the other day. He was not much bigger than a coffee mug and he let me get a lot closer than I thought he would.

Gorgeous cards, ladies! I love how everyone sees our sketch in a different way and is inspired to create something unique! A big thank you to you three and to the other talented card makers who entered this week. Everyone did such a great job and all of the cards are worthy of merit.

Looks like you had a Northern Saw-whet Owl! I seen one last fall for the first time too, and we were able to get really close to take pics. Great photo! Thanks for sharing!
