Donna, thank you for your comment on my card on my blog. No I don't have a cutting machine. The Santa circles are precoloured png printables from We are 3 that I just layered onto the paper. I make my digital cards with Microsoft Publisher. I make mostly digital cards as that is easier on my sore hands and bad eyes.
