Hello and happy Tuesday to everyone!  
It is raining here -but that is a very good thing.  The rain is washing the last bits of snow away and we can really have spring.  I hope you are enjoying sunshine and good weather wherever you live.

Our sketch this week is from Donna and is a vibrant, happy design.  The optional theme is A Burst of Colour.  I guess I was influenced by spring.

Challenge #308

Good Tuesday morning!  Well, good news, our design team is complete.  As well as Maria and Sarah who we welcomed last week, I want to thank Dawn Morris for also joining our team. I am so excited to have these three talented ladies on our team.

I would normally post the top cards from challenge #306 now but I am beginning a new format.  I will post the top cards on Wednesday in stead.  I have received emails from card makers who would like to see more posts here --rather than only once a week -- so I am going to try this to see if we can have a bit more interactive blog.  If it does not work, I will go back to posting everything on Tuesday.....but I will give it a go for a couple of weeks and see how it goes.

So, without further adieu, here is this week's challenge.  You will notice that the theme is the same as last week (HUGS AND KISSES) but that was so everyone could do a Valentine themed card if they wanted. Thanks to Donna for this sketch.

Challenge #252

I hope everyone had a great New Year and that you are ready for a happy and exciting 2016.  I know I am.  We all make resolutions (even if we just think about them)  and mine is to work very hard to get my photography business running strong.  If anyone wants to share your resolution, please feel free to do so in the comments at the end of this post.

Our photo this week is one I took as part of a nature challenge.  The black squirrels were out and this little guy let me get very close to him. (Usually they are skittish).

Hello and happy October to everyone!  I hope you are enjoying your autumn (or springtime) wherever you live.  I am off to get a bushel of apples today to cook down for applesauce and pie fillings....yummmm.  I wish you could check out the smells in my kitchen later today.
